NIEMCY

U naszych zachodnich sąsiadów sposób obchodzenia dnia Wszystkich Świętych różni się w zależności od regionu. Najwięcej osób odwiedza groby zmarłych na południu kraju, a więc w landach, gdzie dominującą religią jest rzymski katolicyzm. W części regionów święto jest dniem ustawowo wolnym od pracy. Większość wiernych przynosi na cmentarze kwiaty i zapala znicze na grobach.

W innych landach święto nie jest zbyt popularne. W Berlinie jest 320 tys. katolików, czyli niespełna 9 proc. wszystkich mieszkańców, więc 1 listopada na cmentarzach raczej nie ma tłumów.
